Measurement lead, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Experience with SQL, R, or Python.
  • Experience in statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Understanding of digital advertising metrics, methodologies, and technologies including attribution, geo-experiments, incrementality and online-to-offline measurement.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The Measurement team at Google is a critical part of our advertising business, ensuring that our clients understand the value and impact of their campaigns.

In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor and consultant, working closely with both internal teams and external clients to develop and implement robust measurement strategies. You will leverage Google's data and technology to provide actionable insights that improve advertising effectiveness and drive business results.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and measurement needs.
  • Develop customized measurement frameworks and roadmaps for clients, encompassing a range of methodologies and Google's measurement solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, leveraging statistical techniques and causal inference to uncover meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance and demonstrate the value of different media channels and strategies.
  • Partner closely with Google Sales teams, Product teams, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and drive product innovation.
