Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
- 7 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with data warehousing or data modeling concepts.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Python, or R).
- Experience with translating business requirements to BI solutions.
- Experience with explaining technical analysis to stakeholders.

- Consult with users or cross-functional decision makers to identify data sources, required data elements, or data validation standards.
- Drive business intelligence solutions and infrastructure design to facilitate data gathering, storage, and retrieval. Partner with upstream data providers to find and establish new source data pipelines. Define local best practices; influence broader best practices.
- Develop suites of reports, queries, and dashboards that access and consolidate information from a variety of data sources.
- Design and implement full solutions that address specific, key use cases. Help these data products fit within larger programs or initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support for cross-functional data users through maintenance of reports, queries, and dashboards. Size and plan for dependency changes (e.g., system migrations).
