Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a specialized field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in designing and managing enterprise level Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.
- 2 years of experience working in an IT Systems technical environment, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience with Terraform , Linux and Windows management.
Preferred qualifications:
- GCP DevOps Engineer certification.
- Experience with Disaster Recovery planning.
- Experience with VMware clusters and GCP VMware Engine.
- Experience with compute and storage clusters.

As the Corporate Operations Engineer within the IT Support Technician team, your mission is to enable the people and technology that keep Google running. Your team provides the front line user support for all of our internal tools and technologies. Google's Raxium display group has established a revolutionary semiconductor materials display technology that enables new functionality in display products, bringing to users a closer and more natural linkage between the digital and physical realms in applications such as augmented reality (AR) and light-field display. With start-up roots and a compound semiconductor fabrication in Silicon Valley, Raxium is seeking to build upon its engineering team with an aim to disrupt next-generation display markets.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Identify security, privacy, compliance, sustainability, or other operational risks and recommend actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks and develop best practices that are a benefit across the organization.
- Improve our infrastructure and services to meet future demands.
- Providing exceptional support to our manufacturing systems and clients.
- Implement cutting-edge technologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of critical systems hosted in on-premise and Google Cloud Platforms.
