About the job

As a Yield Specialist, you will have experience in ad tech, both on the buy-side and sell-side, and understand Google Ad Manager's functionality and how publishers use it to manage their ad business. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across our Sellside, Go-To-Market (GTM), business, Analysts, and Scale teams.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$152,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and publishing partners (clients) to review Google Ad Manager UI settings to ensure that direct and programmatic settings are yielding maximum business growth for the partner.
  • Identify opportunities for business to help partners improve business generation (e.g., formats, price floors, private marketplace, head bidding, open bidding, etc.).
  • Work closely with our Exchange Platforms team to help surface inventory that our DSP partners are targeting on behalf of advertisers.
  • Continue developing industry and ad tech expertise in your role, share knowledge with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders, and apply that knowledge in front-line engagements with business partners.
  • Build a relationship with Product GTM stakeholders who shape the commercialization strategy for Google Ad Manager.
