Agency Lead, Large Customer Sales (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in go-to-market, business development, or product specialist in the programmatic space or digital advertising industry.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluenty as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of account management, sales, or marketing experience in a team setting and leadership and evidence of working closely with colleagues toward a common goal.
  • Experience in areas such as online ad sales, business-development, marketing or consulting sales.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain appropriate focus on necessary details.
  • Ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work.
  • Excellent investigative, problem-solving, communication, people management and teamwork skills.

As an Agency Lead, you will be the driving channel behind a portfolio of top agencies in Chile and Peru, developing and nurturing relationships to unlock incredible growth. You will become a trusted advisor for agencies, leveraging your expertise to solve their biggest challenges and drive their success. You will be a strategic thinker, passionate for building strong relationships, and have a deep understanding of the agency landscape.Global marketing done right is becoming more challenging due to fast-changing consumer expectations, changes in individual market landscapes, and the rate of technological change. Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with executive clients and partner stakeholders. Develop an understanding of business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Analyze what levers are most effective in helping the team bring more business for their respective accounts. Approach teams with a unique plan/strategy and ideas on how to drive more momentum.
  • Develop plans that align Google, agency, and client account imperatives and educate agencies on all core products/innovations and the opportunities associated with partnering with Google, and provide air cover for the team and our training team.
  • Drive the strategy and execution of annual partnership plans that optimize business for Google and build the businesses/capabilities of agencies.
