Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience at an advertising agency, Sell-Side Platform (SSP), or Demand-Side Platform (DSP) directly managing digital media or programmatic relationships.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience meeting/exceeding business goals in a media sales environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or other advanced degree.
- Experience managing brand relationships and driving brand spend.
- Experience with Direct IO media buys.
- Experience with Connected TV.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

The Exchange Platforms team empowers third-party real-time bidding (RTB) buyer growth by creating scalable, consistent, and reliable access to Google Partner inventory. As part of Global Partnerships Sellside, we connect global advertising demand with publisher inventory, prioritizing user privacy to foster a transparent, safe, and sustainable advertising ecosystem that drives partner growth.Responsibilities
- Identify, build, and manage relationships with key decision makers and budget holders across agency buyer landscape, at executive and operational levels.
- Develop, forecast and execute sales strategies to hit revenue goals and capture new demand from marketer-facing media teams across agency groups - Programmatic, Investment, Planning and Strategy.
- Manage a book of business by brand, developing both current and new relationships to grow overall revenue. Secure and lead client prospect meetings, identifying and managing opportunities from initiation to close/won.
- Analyze market trends, and client needs to create and pitch unique/customized media plans to high profile programmatic and digital media buyers; analyze industry trends to provide feedback and understand current and future product needs.
- Influence programmatic agreement setup decisions and establish a preferred relationship with each account.
