Senior Program Manager, Procurement Enablement

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • 7 years of experience in project and program management.
  • Experience delivering cross-functional programs and projects aligned with key business objectives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing and implementing project management best practices and methodologies across an organization.
  • Experience managing the full project life-cycle, from planning and scheduling to final execution and delivery.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and manage project teams in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent investigative skills, utilizing data and KPIs to measure project performance and drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge communication between technical teams and executive leadership.

The One Google Procurement Enablement team focuses on enabling GPO's strategic goal through impactful cross-GPO initiatives, fostering operational excellence, innovation, and proactive risk management.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and align programs and projects with GPO's overall strategic goals, and ensure individual projects contribute to the broader objectives of GPO.
  • Support management of resources across various projects and optimization of resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization and prioritization of tasks.
  • Help identify and manage risks that may impact project delivery or program success, and work to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, and ensure transparency while keeping stakeholders informed about project progress, risks, and changes.
  • Monitor the performance of various programs and projects, tracking key metrics, and generate reports for leadership to make informed decisions; this includes evaluating project outcomes against predefined goals and KPIs.
