Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. As Head of Video for Large Customer Sales (LCS), you will be an integral leader within the LCS organization and the global video ads communities, developing the direction, strategy, and business plan for Japan Video businesses and products and managing respective specialists teams to unlock potential. You will be driving discussions with both internal stakeholders and external clients to drive short-term business and longer-term growth and design scalable initiatives to drive growth and product activation across LCS Japan.

In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Regional/Global Product Leads, to drive business. You will also coordinate with Japan cluster and specialist counterparts in order to provide Sales teams with business enablement (e.g., case studies and insights) to drive growth as well as identify key opportunities to innovate based on needs in the field and influence product strategy accordingly.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Play a lead role for Video Solutions in Japan, managing the communication with the Japan business leadership team, Global/Region executive leaderships, and leading priorities of the dedicated specialist team.
  • Work with Sales teams in Japan LCS to drive growth for Video.
  • Lead initiatives and drive cross­-functional projects, and develop, package, and scale Video ads products to ­business solutions and improve customer returns.
  • Partner with regional and global teams to create a clear and compelling outlook for solutions offerings related to Video. Define requirements for respective products specific to Japan needs, and for related business and advertiser tools.
  • Hire, grow, retain talents, and create an inclusive environment for the team. Provide valued perspectives and development opportunities for team members.
