Regional Sales Operations Manager, Specialty, Public Sector

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience working in Sales Strategy and Operations in partnership with Field Sales.
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or emerging technologies.
  • Experience with go-to-market, cross-functional teams, and leading operational and growth-focused initiatives.
  • Experience developing analytical models using spreadsheet software and using presentation software to facilitate communication with stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in problem-solving and project management, including experience in executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Experience using CRM and planning sales strategy using sales planning tools.
  • Experience using SQL.
  • Knowledge of the public sector.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

About the job

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of the go-to-market (GTM) organization and will report to the Manager, Sales Strategy and Operations. This role is aligned to support the Sales Strategy and Operations Manager, Specialty. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of day-to-day and operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with overall business objectives. This position will align closely with the Specialty, Field Sales, and cross-functional teams.

You will demonstrate an understanding of the seller experience in the Public Sector landscape, and support the organization through business strategy and operations management skills. You will show your passion for driving growth through business collaboration, leadership, communication, and people management.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Work with the Sales Strategy and Operations Manager, Specialty and GTM Specialty leadership team to drive, influence and achieve alignment on business goals.
  • Execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing recommendations.
  • Prepare forecasting materials, reporting, and insights for the leadership team to accelerate business growth.
  • Collaborate with the global organization to support strategic initiatives on both an on-going and ad hoc basis.
  • Contribute to the annual and quarterly planning processes, which includes the development of the business plan, operating model, resource allocation,  prioritization and compensation design.
