Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
  • Experience in driving stakeholder relationships, to ensure alignment globally across broad cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in global or regional strategy and operations, utilizing key performance indicators to drive insights, results, and global impact.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, investigative-thinking, prioritization, and program management skills.

Tech Ads is responsible for all support, media, and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our top customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide.

The gTech Strategy and Operations organization ensures gTech’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

As a Strategy and Operations Senior Associate, you'll drive critical strategic priorities for the gTech Ads business. You'll facilitate cross-functional alignment, deliver business-critical insights through analytics, and foster strategic partnerships to launch new initiatives. Key to this is enhancing the gTech Ads and Product engagement model, specifically by optimizing the Market to Product feedback loop and streamlining the Product to Practitioner enablement flow.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define, structure, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives for gTech Ads Customer Support teams, while acting as a strategic thought partner to leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather relevant information, context, and drive business analysis with effective project communication and management.
  • Enable critical business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders and cross-pollinate learnings.
  • Provide oversight and connectivity to business-focused standalone initiatives and remove roadblocks to execution, and eliminate conflicts.
  • Lead Objectives and Key Results (OKR) development, tracking, and communication, partnering with gTech Ads and gSO teams to define, align, and deliver joint OKRs, fostering cross-functional alignment and informed decision-making.
