Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in program or project management.
- 3 years of experience in program management, strategy consulting, or philanthropy with a focus on the APAC region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations, particularly in the area of knowledge, skills, and learning, resilient communities, and scientific advancements.
- Experience with socially and economically excluded communities in APAC.
- Ability to report to multiple stakeholders, providing frequent updates and effective communication in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to approach beneficiary communities with humility and a commitment to listening and servant leadership.
- Excellent storytelling skills and a drive to tell the Google.org story to a range of audiences.
- Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Localize global initiatives, identify promising grantees, and build partnerships to address critical needs in APAC.
- Manage large-scale programs, oversee grants, organize events, and craft compelling narratives to showcase Google.org's impact.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing budgets, agreements, and vendor relationships, while thoroughly evaluating program effectiveness.
- Advise Google executives on strategic philanthropic investments in areas like AI for social good, digital skilling, and online safety.
- Partner with Google.org teams worldwide to align on strategy, share best practices, and maximize our collective impact in APAC.
