Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing HR supplier’s performance.
- Experience with operational service support.
- Understanding or experience in designing and implementing HR processes including tools and systems.
- Effective problem-solving skills and proven ability to work collaboratively to find solutions.
- Strong operations mindset and proven ability to analyze performance based on data and metrics.
- Excellent user facing skills with a strong escalation management record.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$155,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Deliver above and beyond operational excellence within service line(s) in the US, driving service delivery, service planning, ensuring SLAs are met and activities follow process timeliness & accuracy targets across all service areas through continued improvement of operational accuracy.
- Serve as liaison between stakeholder teams and the wider team within Googler Experience Operations (GXO).
- Lead GXO operations execution related to initiatives and programs, implementing and executing on service delivery improvements and new process/scope changes in this space, including external activities.
- Collaborate with the other GXO across regions, Googler Experience (GX) and PXE to intake and/or standardize the work across regions.
- Develop deep expertise in the systems supporting Googler Experience service areas, troubleshooting day-to-day issues and consulting with partners on changes to systems infrastructure.
