Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising sales, media account management, successful client engagement, and consistent business growth.
  • Experience with structuring storylines for presentations that start with insights and then used to develop materials.
  • Experience in providing guidance to advertisers to optimize the advertising investments.
  • Ability to leverage your business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and achieve goals.
  • Ability to communicate with various executive and non-executive levels, including executive marketing leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of GCS medium and large businesses in Brazil by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunity for growth, managing risks and creating multi-quarter plans for achievement.
  • Collaborate within the Sales team, aligning workflow among team members to execute on plan and ensure accountability to meet or exceed business and productivity goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience.
  • Communicate with customers proactively via phone, email and in person. Share and collaborate with Specialists and Product team members on new feature development.
  • Identify key client stakeholders, including C-level and business owners, and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
