Minimum qualifications:
- 7 years of experience working within management consulting or sales.
- Experience leading operational projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to thrive and exercise judgment in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to move from detail to executive level strategy and presentations.
- Excellent influencing and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Strong collaborator with ideas, energy, determination, and a passion for AI who can work with people from a broad range of backgrounds and experience.

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations organization is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations and product commercialization partner to the Sales and cross-functional leadership, and their respective organizations.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders, foster collaboration and alignment - tailoring approaches to the unique needs and opportunities of your partnering team in line with GTM priorities.
- Identify ongoing growth opportunities and threats, develop strategic plans to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks, while establishing efficient processes and workflows. Analyze key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Develop comprehensive annual business plans in collaboration with your business partner, set ambitious targets and outline strategies for achieving them. Identify and address performance gaps, taking corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Structure and lead operational improvement initiatives from initial recommendation to full implementation.
- Collaborate with the global GTM organization, and foster a culture of trust, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team, and our business partners.
