Program Manager, Strategic Workforce Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in vendor management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with data modeling, dashboarding and reporting, involving large datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Experience in liaising with external contracted vendors, with a focus on establishing long-term partnerships, conducting performance audits, and facilitating reciprocal feedback loops.
  • Understanding of statistical process control and process improvement, including implementation.

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all regional vendors and implement a consistent performance evaluation program.
  • Serve as the key relationship holder and establish strong, collaborative relationships with all external colo-vendor stakeholders in the assigned region.
  • Manage regional vendor budgets and expenditures on networking requests, ensuring cost-effective service delivery and reviewing vendor invoices.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key vendors to discuss performance, strategic alignment, and future opportunities.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for vendor improvement and optimization, providing regional insights to global vendor management strategy. Support agreements negotiation, renewal, and termination processes in collaboration with procurement and commercial teams.
