Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in music partner account management, business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience negotiating digital music content licensing agreements or digital content distribution agreements.
- Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships.
- Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/ business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

As Manager, Music Label Business Development and Partnerships (LATAM), you will be responsible for providing ongoing business development and relationship management to YouTube's key LATAM label partners.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and evolve external relationships with recorded music partners across the LATAM music industry; manage strategic partnerships with music entities of all sizes.
- Negotiate strategic content hosting and distribution agreements with recorded music licencors.
- Ideate and drive complex deals with existing and potential partners, build consensus with internal and external executives. Serve as the relationship manager for existing partners; realize and optimize value while building effective long-term relationships.
- Engage with several internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new business opportunities and product features.
- Develop cross-product strategic partner initiatives and build go-to-market strategies to meet broader YouTube and Google goals across rapidly changing industries.
