Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of visual design experience in product design or UX/UI design.
- Experience in design patterns, layout construction, and expressing design systems within Figma.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume demonstrating experience in product design and design systems (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
- 2 years of experience leading design projects.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers throughout the design process.
- Experience with Android, Google material design, motion design, and 3D tools.
- Ability to take design concepts from drawing board to shipped features.

Responsibilities
- Lead design projects across the portfolio of XR devices and experiences, developing user centric solutions within a novel and fast-developing product space.
- Communicate designs to build excitement and consensus across teams, and gain support for design strategy across stakeholders.
- Deliver design executions that set goals for design and align with brand and established UX patterns.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to envision, prioritize, develop, prototype, and execute designs.
- Build and document design solutions that scale within the XR platform.
