The Automation and Digital Transformation function is part of the DSPG Global Transportation organization, with a core mission to build digital framework and automated systems that make global operations more efficient, resilient, and scalable. This team drives operational leverage and optimizes resource structure by implementing foundational System of Record tools, executing multi-year digital roadmap, and leading new AI/ML initiatives to unlock predictive insights.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across global transportation, business systems, and engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and scope automation opportunities.
- Define clear business requirements and act as the primary business consultant on the design, development, and implementation of automated solutions and systems that serve as the foundation for global transportation operations.
- Execute key projects within the multi-year digital transformation roadmap, translating strategic goals into system capabilities.
- Lead the enhancement of data quality, visibility, and the creation of centralized exception management platforms across all logistics workstreams.
- Develop and implement data-driven models and pioneer AI/ML initiatives to unlock predictive insights, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency through automation.
