Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Experience in Android or Web Development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience in Full-Stack Development.

Responsibilities
- Design and build products with a deep user-focused mindset.
- Collaborate effectively across multiple teams, roles, and locations to define projects, define solutions, and develop features within Google Play.
- Manage a team of Android, web, full stack software engineers.
- Hire and grow software engineers who build and maintain end-to-end Android Shop experiences on Google Play.
