About the job
The Executive Engagement Partners team serves as the specialized interface for executing meetings and events involving Google and the executive decision-makers at our clients, with Partner Tokyo as our primary stage. Your role is pivotal in translating C-level priorities and industry trends into dialogues and partnerships within the context of these planned engagements. You will understand client business strategies, market challenges, and how C-levels perceive Google, using these insights to craft narratives and value propositions for the events and meetings you manage.
You will manage the lifecycle of assigned executive engagements – from understanding the objectives set by account teams, detailed planning, stakeholder alignment, and content curation to execution and follow-up. This involves uncovering client needs relevant to the engagement, hypothesizing solutions leveraging Google's portfolio (Ads, YouTube, Cloud, Hardware etc), and facilitating discussions that action and drive business value as a result of the interaction. You will be expected to progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the success of these engagements, using data and analytics to inform future planning. You will bring Google's C-level engagement strategy to life through exceptional events and meeting execution, fostering mutual growth and innovation.
You will present and facilitate in Japanese and English to executive decision-makers.
