About the job

As Managing Director Ads Solutions, Global Markets, you will lead a team of Solution Experts delivering scaled media and tech solutions and services to our large corporate customers.

Your teams will partner directly with Large Customer Sales (LCS) account teams to activate opportunities and ensure customers achieve their desired return on investment (ROI), whilst growing Google’s Ad product adoption and Ad business generation. You and the managers will work with regional gTech Ads leadership to manage and maximize the impact of gTech Ads services to LCS businesses.

As a Managing Director, you will be accountable for the efficiency and accuracy of tech and media services at scale and will continuously innovate the services we provide and how we deliver them. You will constantly challenge the status quo and work with central Ad Solutions teams to obviate, automate, partnerize, or vendorize mature services, freeing up time for the Googler teams to develop and deliver ever more complex solutions to LCS customers and our sales partners.

In this role, you will evolve the organization and develop high-performing teams that have the right consultative and technical skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver scaled technical and media solutions. You will help your Ads Solutions Managers and their teams to deliver on ambitious targets and grow in the matrix organization between regional gTech Ads teams, LCS teams, and LCS customers. You will be an excellent communicator, will train and motivate a large team, and will take an analytical approach to management.

Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech’s role is to help bring them to life. Our teams of trusted advisors support customers globally. Our solutions are rooted in our technical skill, product expertise, and a thorough understanding of our customers’ complex needs.
