Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience building Consumer Products with a focus on User Experience and building consumer products.
- Experience within the health domain that can map to build features in the consumer health products space.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with consumer-facing product development, and knowledge of AI/ML.
- Ability to be comfortable solving ambiguous problems and challenging the status quo to create innovative, successful products; including strong instincts for knowing what users want.
- Ability to prioritize and balance resources across teams, while ensuring milestones are met on time and with high quality.
- Passion for health and well being.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to spread outlook and bring other Product Managers, designers, and engineers on board.
- Strong technical, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

We are looking for a senior product management leader to drive the next generation of sleep tracking and coaching experiences that build on a strong AI/ML foundation and powers innovative consumer health experiences.

Responsibilities
- Own and oversee definition of multi-year product roadmaps for features in the sleep tracking and guidance area.
- Lead the team through defining, identifying, collecting, and tracking appropriate product or performance metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new or existing features and experiences.
- Craft comprehensive product outlook and roadmap - informed by technical capabilities, long-term direction, and internal/market context.
- Collaborate closely with other Product Managers and cross-functional partners across UX, Engineering, and Product Marketing Manager to deliver novel end user experiences.
- Shape our approach to leveraging AI/LLMs to account for the high bar that Health use case brings in terms of accuracy, trust, and privacy.
