Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in business development, customer-facing, or partner-facing roles relating to public cloud services.
- Experience taking new products and solutions to market, developing and driving go-to-market (GTM) offerings with partners.
- Experience in designing AI and Analytics solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in developing GTM offerings (Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI) based on industry and regional requirements.
- Experience in launching and landing GTM offerings (Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI)with partners and tracking new business.
- Experience in winning/delivering cloud deals.
- Sharp understanding of industry offerings, strong communication.
- Excellent communication skills.
About the job
As a Global Analytics and AI Partner Development Manager, you will facilitate C-level relationships with partners, showcase Google’s technology solutions, guide partners in developing their service offerings and work closely with Google Cloud solution sales and engineering teams. You will be the primary technical and strategic partner liaison, driving the co-creation and adoption of AI solutions on Google Cloud. You will be responsible to elevate partners' technical capabilities, ensure architectural excellence, and accelerate customer value through technical enablement and strategic GTM execution.In this role, you will work closely with Partners to develop pipeline, land joint wins and accelerate customer and partner value including accelerating consumption for our joint solution offerings.
You will work with partners to drive the "GTM Strategic Priority Plays" initiative by leading the go-to-market efforts for AI. You will help define the sales plays and act as a trusted advisor to the partner in the entire journey of identifying new opportunities, developing capabilities, solutions and service offerings, pursuing go-to-market sales plays, landing wins and delivering customer success. You will drive execution of the campaigns in orchestration with partners’ technical, sales and marketing teams.

US: $224000 - $312000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Help partners grow their business on Google Cloud by driving Data and AI solutions with the aim of serving as their trusted advisor for both pre-sales and post sales customer engagements.
- Serve as the technical consultant for the partners Analytics and AI practices, deliver L200/L300-level technical sessions on Google Cloud's Analytics and AI portfolio.
- Evaluate and validate partner-developed solution architectures to ensure technical excellence, security, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to Google Cloud standard procedures, provide direct technical guidance to partners on their solutions for performance and consumption.
- Lead the life-cycle of GTM offering creation from business case, solutioning, planning and governance, business value, solution differentiation, business growth modeling.
- Enable partners to jointly develop GTM offering, landing with the field, and measure success through outcomes.
