Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, CS, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience with design systems and collaborating with other UX functions, product management, and engineering to take products from concept to launch.
- A portfolio of work samples showcasing UX design in mobile and web applications.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with a broad range of UX functions (e.g., writing, engineering, research).
- Experience in commerce domain.
- Ability to organize and facilitate design thinking workshops.

As an Interaction Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. Responsibilities
- Own the complete design process from design and concept level to pixel detailed execution and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and manage concurring priorities within the work stream.
- Shape key parts of product strategy by driving the UX agenda and leading design discussions with cross-functional counterparts within our team and across consumer with a focus on our India market.
- Define opportunities into high quality UI designs and associated documentation for features on mobile and desktop platforms.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering teams and facilitate user-centric workshops across cross-functional partners to include design thinking into the development process.
