Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Experience in Video Advertising.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of Google's ad products and how they apply to customer needs.
  • Ability to motivate teams, with a focus on driving results and achieving business goals.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. The Sector Enablement Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption and execution of YouTube's various ad products. You will be responsible for building comprehensive annual programming and seller education frameworks, identifying and addressing gaps in how products are being sold, and ensuring that the sales team has the tools and knowledge necessary for success. The Sector Enablement Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, sit on Play councils, and drive the business motion to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver outcomes.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement seller education frameworks for the sector, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Deliver ongoing training and workshops, empowering the sales team to effectively sell and support product offerings (i.e. Road to Brandcast Live, Masterclass, etc).
  • Contribute to play councils, providing insights and recommendations to improve product delivery and business strategies.
  • Work with prod Go-to-Market, Marketing, Vendor Product Leads, and SILs to ensure alignment and consistency in the product offering and messaging.
  • Lead the business motion across Big Bets (i.e. Social, Agreements, AI, Action), ensuring that all teams are aligned and equipped to drive product success and business growth.
