Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in an analytical leadership role in a technology or marketing firm or in strategy development.
- Experience managing relationships and executing operational initiatives within global organizations.
- Experience with SQL or comparable coding and data visualization (e.g., PLX).
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- 8 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, product management, finance, or sales operations.
- Ability to understand and articulate the “big picture" to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
- Ability to effectively facilitate meetings with executives and partners across multiple functions in an organization.
- Excellent problem solving and data analysis skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to successfully navigate and influence different stakeholders within a business environment.

The Go-To-Market (GTM) organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.In this role, you will partner closely with the YouTube Ads GTM leadership to influence priorities and manage the day-to-day processes and workflows. As a Strategy and Ops Lead, you will be responsible for increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of key decisions and making sure the team stays on top of its annual goals. You will partner closely with teams across GTM and Global Business Organization (GBO) as well as cross-functionally with a varied set of stakeholders including Finance, Ads, YouTube Organic, and others. This is a great opportunity to apprentice with and learn from executive leaders and work with them to address both the issues and opportunities for our business, and be in the “room where it happens” when decisions are made.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, People Operations, Marketing and other GTM teams to scope, manage and execute projects.
- Be able to project manage priorities, initiatives, and efforts on behalf of the GBO/GTM leadership.
- Lead end-to-end quantitative projects, including study design, development, execution, analysis, insights development, and insights sharing.
- Communicate findings to executive leadership by preparing and delivering polished presentations and identifying key takeaways and recommendations.
- Lead planning and development of key metrics to track progress on GBO priorities throughout the year in quarterly executive meetings such as Business Forecast Meetings (BFMs).
