Growth Manager, AppDev, Large Customer Sales (Hebrew, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
  • 2 years of experience in the applications marketing industry.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and relationships with customers or agencies in the apps market and apps ecosystem.
  • Experience in the gaming, mobile apps, or digital industry.
  • Knowledge of the app marketing and ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of app developer ecosystem.
  • Ability to understand the goals, identify the opportunities, and provide customized solutions to help clients achieve success.
  • Excellent solution selling skills.

Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.

As a Growth Manager, you will be part of a Sales team dedicated to helping our existing Large Customer Sales (LCS) mobile app clients grow their business using Google Ad App products and services. You will advise on app marketing strategies which will help our partners achieve their user acquisition goals, and serve as an expert and advocate for mobile app advertisement within Google. You will proactively reach out to clients with solutions and insights, from account optimizations, to product betas, to strategic performance reviews in order to build comprehensive solutions for our customers. This role entails some in-country travel, public speaking engagements at industry events, and performance focused conversations with app developers and marketers. It is also part of your role to be working closely with internal stakeholders across LCS, and to show the Sales teams what the growth opportunity is and how to run successful app advertisement.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing LCS clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in your book of business, prioritize accounts, handle objections and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve their national and international marketing goals by utilizing Google’s app advertising solutions.
  • Provide outstanding service to clients and design tailored app marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.
  • Work and collaborate with a diverse set of mobile-focused cross-functional teams. Includes but not limited to the LCS sales organization, Go-To-Market, Online Partnerships Group (OPG), Play and gTech.
