Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in B2B Marketing, Email Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Marketing Strategy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with media agencies and marketing to agency decision-makers.
  • Experience in B2B, product, or growth marketing within the advertising technology or digital media industry.
  • Understanding the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including ad exchanges, Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), ad servers, and different agreement types.
  • Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities and drive them to completion, collaborating cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders using excellent listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate complex concepts and craft compelling narratives for audiences, from C-level executives to trading teams.

From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

The Google Partners Sellside Monetization team's mission is to fund the world's information by enabling online publishers, app developers, and media buyers to grow their businesses using our portfolio of products (AdSense, AdMob, and Ad Manager). We provide innovative, industry-leading online advertising solutions for our partners, who represent the largest publishers and buyers.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will focus on growth marketing initiatives aimed at helping our publishing and media buying partners grow by empowering them to maximize their content business and ensure a growing, sustainable, ad-supported open internet. You will focus on growing inventory demand and activation between publishers and media buyers through Google’s ad monetization products.

This role sits within the Sellside Marketing team in Global Partnerships and is focused on growing new and existing publishers through both proven marketing strategies and innovative testing initiatives. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and legal to drive performance marketing strategies, deliver valuable customer insights, and leverage data to inform growth marketing decisions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000-$133,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead global marketing programs to drive adoption and growth of Google Ad Manager with publishers and media buyers.
  • Develop and execute a scaled growth marketing strategy to drive publisher inventory demand with media buyers across various marketing channels, including webinars, emails, workshops, and case studies.
  • Partner with leading CTV and video publishers to help them grow their business through ad monetization with personalized marketing campaigns, insights, and product solutions.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and user behavior to identify key insights, opportunities for growth, and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate across Product Marketing, Product, Legal, and Sales teams across a variety of workstreams.
