Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis (e.g., financial modeling, budget forecasting, statistical analysis).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in financial modeling within investment/retail banking, management consulting or similar business environments.
- Experience with cost structures specific to supply chain and operations teams, within a hyperscale data center environment or a similar technical infrastructure organization.
- Experience with basic statistical concepts and their application in operational analysis.

As a Financial and Operations Strategy Lead Program Manager within Cloud Supply Chain and Operations (CSCO), you will drive financial and operational efficiency across Google's global data center supply chain. You will support the multi-year Profitable Growth objective, owning and partnering on initiatives designed to optimize cost base and unlock value. In this role, you will engage in defining financial baselines, building compelling business cases for strategic investments, and establishing governance frameworks for prioritizing cost reduction efforts across CSCO.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop financial models and business cases for proposed strategic projects and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs across CSCO, collaborating with finance and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost identification and requirements planning.
- Lead the annual organization-wide cost savings and financial efficiency program, partnering with initiative sponsors to identify, quantify, validate, and track the accrual of financial benefits from efficiency efforts throughout the year.
- Manage a portfolio of operational efficiency and cost-saving initiatives, developing and deploying tracking tools and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely achievement of financial goals.
- Cultivate collaborative partnerships with Finance and other partner teams.
- Contribute to process definition, documentation, and training across the organization, embedding a culture of cost consciousness and financial discipline.
