Manager, Measurement Implementation Experts

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, and working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
  • 5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certification in Analytics and digital advertising measurement.
  • Experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, incremental and advanced Google Analytics integrations. Familiarity with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.
  • Experience in dealing with and influencing executive advertiser and agency decision-makers and presenting data/results to executive audiences.
  • Ability to track record and manage cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships.

Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. Responsibilities

  • Define and advocate the overall measurement strategy, ensuring it aligns with evolving customer needs, product complexities, and regulations, particularly around privacy.
  • Build, manage, and coach a team of skilled Measurement Implementation Experts (MIEs). Foster the growth through mentoring and skills development, enabling them to deliver high-impact work that drives business.
  • Guide your team to provide expert KPI consultation, conduct measurement and attribution experiments, and implement Google's solutions to improve clients ROI and measurement maturity.
  • Ensure your team possesses deep expertise in Google's measurement platforms and methodologies. Coach them to effectively interpret results and empower sales teams with data-driven insights for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and proactively identify measurement issues. Adapt your team's skills and resources to meet evolving needs. Identify and scale best practices across the organization.
