Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in management consulting, investment banking, start-up.
  • Experience in conducting market research, forecast modeling, using sales tools (e.g., Sales Force Dot Com (SFDC)).
  • Experience in project management within cross-functional environments.
  • Experience driving insights and process excellence.
  • Ability to define strategy, goal and drive to action.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, teamwork and people management skills.

About the job

Chrome|OS and Educational sector (EDU) Commercial Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations team acts as thought partner to Chrome OS, Chrome Browser, and EDU GTM leadership to promote adoption of Enterprise and Education solutions to commercial customers. We provide deep data analytics to craft the GTM strategy, as well as actionable insights and operational leverage to ensure their success. We work cross-functionally with sales, technical sales, channel, marketing, product management, and finance to ensure the success of the Commercial businesses globally.

In the Chrome|OS and EDU Commercial Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations role, you will focus on three main parts; Strategy, Operations, and Cross Functional work. Strategy includes contributing to the annual GTM planning such as forecast modeling as well as designing and owning in-quarter growth initiatives, Operations includes becoming the point of contact to the GTM team, defining and tracking business metrics, and working Cross Functionally to achieve the prior two parts.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$314,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate cross-functional issues and promising growth initiatives by developing frameworks to assess trade-offs, leveraging data to ensure objective decision-making, and promoting collective cross-functional engagement.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the GTM teams including defining/tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Roles and Responsibilities team, pipeline tracking, centralized sales activity reporting, etc. Turn market, engage, and sales insights into tangible growth initiatives and lead programs.
  • Be the expert on data and provide insights to leadership to support decisions both day-to-day and long-term.
  • Contribute to Annual Planning process including refining multi-year forecasts, assessing holistic GTM strategy, and working with Director plus leads to land near and long-term investment decisions.
  • Contribute the driving alignment of GTM strategy with Vice President plus leadership through regular cadences (e.g., Quarterly Business Review (QBR), All Hands, etc.)
