Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
- 9 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 9 years of experience in an analytical role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
- 9 years of experience working with customer-side web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, XML, TypeScript) and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- 9 years of experience with cloud technologies, such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments.
- 9 years of experience using Machine Learning and building solutions.
- 9 years of experience working with systems (e.g., Linux, Unix, etc.).

The gTech Ads Product Operations team helps to launch critical products and services across the Google Ads business. The team focuses on bringing insights to teams to improve products, help customers grow the business, and improve the overall customer experience. The team partners with gTech’s Support, Product Management, Engineering, and Global Business teams to innovate and simplify Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for incubation and implementation of alpha and beta prototypes of product operations workflow automation and product solutions.
- Define and develop internal and externally used technical solutions by writing quality code and documentation, and improve product serviceability and customer/user experience.
- Collaborate and partner with engineering and other technical teams to test use-cases and commercialize solutions.
- Provide early product enablement and automation solutions to help product operations better support ads commercialization motions in an efficient manner and data solutions to enable a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior and product usage.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams, external advertisers, and partners to provide technical and business feedback as well as deliver technical solutions.
