Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience producing insightful and actionable reporting and automated dashboards.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in scripting languages (Python, SQL) that help solve automation problems.
- Experience creating basic dashboards using data visualization tools.
- Experience in influencing, teaming, and delivering solutions in a complex, fast-paced and always changing environment.
- Ability to communicate with Engineering and Product teams.
- Excellent team player with excellent written and verbal business communication skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Responsibilities
- Drive Technical Program Execution: Develop and lead the execution roadmap for technical programs within Growth and Notifications Team (GaNT), defining milestones, deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, UX, etc.) to align with overall program goals.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and roadblocks that could impede program progress.
- Foster Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate effective communication, knowledge sharing, and issue resolution between teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
- Exercise problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges and make sound decisions that drive progress and maintain momentum.
- Demonstrate understanding of the technology stack involved in notification systems, including APIs, backend infrastructure, and data pipelines.
