Head of Data, Measurement and Analytics, LCS

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in technology sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience with Measurement, Data or Analytics roles.
  • Experience in leadership and people management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in data and analytics.
  • Experience in advertising and marketing analytics.
  • Experience in business development, client relationship and servicing, and solution-based promoting.
  • Understanding of media businesses and management operations within digital media.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on projects with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with executives, clients and stakeholders.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Data and Measurement Leads and Analytics Leads, and coach them on skills and capabilities.
  • Help the customers navigate increasing measurement ambiguity through trends. Identify ways to solve common client business issues and share standard procedures or client successes across the industry/sector.
  • Lead regular discussions with business leadership to understand business issues, identify patterns and trends across the industry, and evolve strategy/approach accordingly. Collaborate with Industry Directors, Heads of Industry and other Specilaist Heads to deliver Objectives and Key Results.
  • Build operational excellence through partnership with Sales, Go-to-Market, and cross-functional teams.
  • Understand customer business objectives and solve measurement problems that advance digital maturity across Google’s owned and operated product suite.
