Administrative Business Partner, Marketing (English, Korean)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in working with executives or supporting teams on the Administrative tasks.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with stakeholders and complete tasks and organize events.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative role for executive management with calendar management, event planning, leading projects, travel scheduling and booking, budgeting, and minuting meetings.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality on all business matters.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse community.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

In this role, you will anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. Responsibilities

  • Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and executives of the organization.
  • Execute administrative tasks (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, executive expense management, event and budget management).
  • Plan, manage and execute team events (e.g., digital and in person), all hands, leadership forums and other celebrations and milestones.
  • Participate as part of the organizing committee in administrative community activities within the organization or office.
  • Build responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies with the executives and the teams they manage.
