Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience in Sales.
  • Ability to communicate in Swedish and English fluently, as this is a client facing role in Sweden.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading high-performing teams of substantial scale and scope.
  • Experience in shaping commercial strategy and go-to-market plans to deliver against goals.
  • Demonstrated track record of effective business and operations management and strategic planning.
  • Understanding of a role in developing Google products and solutions.
  • Ability to have an established and recognized presence in a marketplace with an extensive list of relationships and robust professional network.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders across multiple geographies.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an experienced team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of success and competitive business, providing coaching and development opportunities to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Execute and deliver on sales goals by developing customer plans, innovative and competitive sales strategies and sales execution. Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and effectively navigate a competitive landscape.
  • Cultivate and manage trusted C-level client relationships with major Google clients across various sectors and multiple geographies.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the industry.
  • Create and implement strategic business plans that leverage technology, AI solutions, and data-driven insights using Google's products and services to help clients achieve their business goals.
