About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Our mission is to be the strategic heartbeat of Google’s Home and Health devices supply chain. We don’t just manage supply chains; we bridge the gap between Google’s most innovative hardware goals and the millions of users who rely on them every day. By combining data-driven precision with forward-thinking strategy, we ensure that the next generation of Fitbit wearables, Nest devices, and AI-powered home speakers reach our customers exactly when they need them.

As a Team Lead in Supply Planning, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and operational execution. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Ops organization, ensuring the team maintains high standards across their assigned product lines. You will take a proactive lead in standardizing global workflows, resolving critical escalations, and managing a team of TVCs.

The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.

  • Oversee supply planning reporting and automation while leading cross-functional syncs and agenda. Act as the lead for streamlining communications with key partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Enhance scalability and capability by standardizing the planning and Ops engagement process across US and APAC regions.
  • Evaluate CM/JDM capabilities and recommend system functional requirements to drive system adoption and creation of new AI tools.
  • Provide end-to-end onboarding support for employees and extended workforce training. Assign work to our extended workforce and backup support structures for coverage.
