About the job

Product and Sales Activation (PSA) is a highly collaborative group of individuals who work hard to deliver at-scale, customer focused priorities, transfer product knowledge to our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sellers, and influence product design for the GCS segment. By liaising with our partner teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering, Sales Finance, Education, Large Customer Sales), the PSA team works hard to equip GCS Sales with the information, training, collateral, and opportunities needed for future growth and to ensure that our customers’ needs are addressed and expressed to client/product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with KR sellers and customers to identify opportunities for business growth and develop holistic measurement solutions for marketing challenges.
  • Partner with sales to position Google results against client objectives and to drive growth conversations across the Google Ads product suite.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with gTech and Sales to drive end-to-end program management of Measurement Effectiveness plans while monitoring primary metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Global PSA to develop training programs and narratives that address objections and knowledge gaps, enhancing expertise on priority solutions and third-party measurement.
  • Share customer and product feedback with Global Product Leads to ensure the product roadmap aligns with GCS promoter and customer needs.
