Advertising Solutions Architect, gTech Ads LCS

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with the advertising industry and technologies, specifically in AdTech measurement, tagging, analytics, and attribution.
  • Experience building proofs of concept using web/scripting technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and SQL.
  • Experience in project/program management, with the ability to work separately and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.

We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner. Responsibilities

  • Engage with external clients and internal sales stakeholders to identify customer business objectives and marketing objectives through a consultative approach.
  • Lead client meetings to explore opportunities for technical and media engagements that help customers achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop expertise in Google Advertising products, customer infrastructure, and current gTech Ads solutions to architect technical and media solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Lead multi-quarter projects by collaborating with cross-functional internal and external teams to drive customer wins and Google Ads business outcomes.
  • Lead planning and quarterly business reviews for
    Large Customer Sales (LCS) pods to govern progress on gTech Ads service delivery and business enablement.
