Senior, gTech Specialist, Incubation

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a consulting role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
  • Experience in leading technical projects with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with process automation tools and technologies (RPA, scripting, workflow automation platforms).
  • Experience in process mapping tools, such as Lucidchart, to create detailed and accurate process flows.
  • Understand software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Ability to take technical transformation initiatives, integrating systems and deploying proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Excellent skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker, and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives.

About the job

In this role, you will drive the Incubations of Google Operations Center by transitioning workflows. You will act as an advisor, guiding Product Area teams through operational transformations. You will lead incubation programs, optimize project transitions, and standardize operational processes through documentation and data insights. Your plan and data analysis will enable you to identify process efficiencies, ensure post-launch success, and deliver insights. You will be working on process improvements, design systems, and navigate challenges, thriving in an autonomous environment while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver operational experiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute growth incubation programs, ensuring clear documentation and stakeholder alignment.
  • Drive global initiatives through teamwork and proactive project contributions.
  • Streamline projects by establishing clear milestones and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and process flows, to ensure operational consistency.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, implement process efficiencies, and ensure post-launch success.
