Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in product or program management.
- Experience with System Design and AdWord Campaigns.
- Experience in API/back-end code in one of the following languages: Ruby, Java or Python.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree or MBA.
- Experience with web technologies (i.e., object-oriented JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and scripting languages (i.e., Python, Ruby).
- Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or Marketing Automation.
- Experience with Agile delivery frameworks i.e. Scrum Master or Product Owner Certified.
- Ability to manage and drive project management, and consensus in cross regional and functional teams, while delivering teamwork and relationship-building.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and influencing skills.
About the job
In this role, you will enable our partners to launch Ads platforms across scaled customer bases. You will work with our partners to identify problems/opportunities, design a solution/product to address that problem/opportunity, provide engineering guidance and solutions, and establish development timelines. You will work with our business development team and partner management teams in assessing partnership potential and technical needs and working with partners to design new advertising solutions/products. You will integrate with various technical teams of our partners, including C-level executives, product and engineering managers, and developers.
The combination of your business acumen and software development skills, detailed knowledge of web technologies and the Ads and Analytics APIs are key to working with engineering and product teams to create custom solutions for our partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$209,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Identify, drive and optimize business growth from new opportunities by leveraging Google Ads technologies.
- Work with our partners across the product development lifecycle, from product ideation and strategy to solution definition, implementation, launch and go-to-market, and driving the completion of key execution deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams with Product, Engineering, Sales and Business Development Managers towards a common goal with specific partners, addressing product related and technical challenges.
- Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
- Implement processes for managing, engaging and expanding technology partnerships.
