Minimum qualifications:

  • 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience identifying client’s challenges to defining customer and product strategy, enabling long-term opportunities.
  • Experience working with digital organizations, digital video landscape, including YouTube, DV360, and other video platforms.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
  • Knowledge of TV and social media advertising, and the interplay between these channels and digital video.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.

The PCS / Video Activation Specialist at Google Brazil is a key driver of YouTube and DV360 adoption and business growth within our Large Customer Sales portfolio.

As a Video Activation Specialist at Google Brazil, you will be involved in strategic sector planning, key account activation through C-level engagement, developing scalable video growth programs, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and continuously monitoring performance to identify new opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, empowering them to maximize the impact of video solutions and achieve their business objectives. You will be a key driver of YouTube and DV360 adoption and business growth within our Large Customer Sales portfolio. You will be at the evolving digital landscape, empowering our clients to achieve maximum business impact through innovative video solutions.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sector-specific video growth plans, identifying high-potential key accounts through data analysis and market research.
  • Partner with Sales to activate key accounts, creating compelling pitches and presentations for C-level executives and conducting high-level C-Sessions to showcase YouTube and DV360's value.
  • Design and implement programs like TV Share Shift strategies, demonstrating video's value and developing best practices for video advertising.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for video initiatives, facilitating communication and alignment between sales, specialists, and other teams.
  • Monitor key metrics (quota attainment, OKRs), identify growth opportunities through data analysis and market insights, and optimize performance based on industry trends.
