Creative AI Third-Party Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in sales strategy, digital ad operations, advertising sales, business-development, consulting, go-to-market, or creative agency operations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing, creative production, or online media, focusing on client-facing sales and managing creative partnerships.
  • Experience in project management with the ability to navigate organizations and grow in ambiguous environments as a collaborative, highly proactive, self-starting professional.
  • Experience presenting to various audiences and developing compelling collateral for both internal education and external sales purposes.
  • Ability to drive go-to-market strategies and scaled initiatives in technology, regarding Creative AI and third-party partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to solve analytical problems using data visualization to uncover stakeholder needs and deliver innovative, cross-functional solutions across multiple global audiences.

In this role, you will support a critical big bet in helping drive customer adoption of Creative AI third-party providers (3PP) and capabilities, recognizing that the momentum and impact of AI on the creative ecosystem at Google and beyond is critical. You will unlock significant revenue opportunity for customers and for Google by applying AI to help customers improve their creative effectiveness and asset variety, particularly on Google platforms.

In this role, you will navigate ambiguity and build scalable, measurable programs that serve multiple stakeholder groups as an entrepreneurial thinker. You will have knowledge of video market trends, creative, Google products, AI, client needs and macro agency knowledge, lead the adoption of Creative AI capabilities at a sector level, with critical ownership of key AI partners and work streams.

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 156,000-160,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead end-to-end strategy and GTM sales motion for AI 3PP programs, including crafting a system for tracking client progress, identifying trends, and reporting on key metrics.
  • Create impactful materials and collateral for both internal and external audiences, including pitch decks, workflow guides, case studies, and educational resources.
  • Lead the day-to-day relationship with select 3PPs to ensure projects are on track for customer activation, unblock challenges, anticipate future needs, and conduct regular business reviews to deepen the partnership while acting as a central connector, drive progress and alignment across a wide range of internal teams.
  • Address core strategic challenges and opportunities that influence the program's success. 
  • Build and manage data sources to identify trends, inform decision-making, and provide regular,  executive-level updates on program performance.
