Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working in a Human Resources capacity.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Associate of the Society of Actuaries designation.
  • Experience writing complex formulas and managing large datasets in Google Sheets, including writing AppScripts.
  • Experience forecasting complex program budgets.
  • Experience with socializing and presenting analysis, proposals and strategies to organizational leaders with an affinity for metrics.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to articulate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.

In this role on the Benefits Data and Insights team, you will be instrumental in analyzing critical benefits data related to employee healthcare, leaves, time off, accommodations, mental health and benefits budget spend. Your insights will directly inform our program strategies, help us identify trends, measure program impact, and ultimately drive positive business outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$155,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Conduct robust analysis of complex Benefits data, including healthcare, leaves, accommodations, mental health, and benchmarking, to identify trends, measure key indicators (e.g., absenteeism, presenteeism, productivity), and distill actionable insights.
  • Support global Benefits budgeting exercises in partnership with Finance, including forecasting and reviewing program budgets.
  • Package and communicate complex analytical findings as clear, compelling insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders. Leverage data-driven expertise to guide decisions on the short and long-term impacts of Benefits programs.
  • Manage claims-based analytics projects to identify opportunities to improve employee health and well-being, and address ad-hoc analytical requests within the global Benefits function.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to large datasets to support in-depth analysis. Design, build, and maintain a suite of comprehensive Benefits dashboards, including underlying business logic and workflows.
