Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or a related field.
- Experience delivering cloud adoption or cloud digital innovation programs to enterprise companies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as a product manager owning the life cycle of a data-intensive enterprise product, in an AI/ML platform or an automation system.
- Experience in developing cloud business cases and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis aligning technology costs to business value metrics.
- Experience leading technology transformations, with specific methodologies for mitigating organizational resistance from management layers.
- Understanding of the AI landscape, including predictive, generative, principles and potential of agentic AI systems.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for an executive audience and design business architectures.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time domestically.

As an Agentic Transformation Consultant, you will be a key partner guiding the customers through the process of adopting AI to drive business outcomes. You will work with executive customer stakeholders to re-imagine core business functions, designing and implementing new, AI-augmented operating models. You will lead critical transformation initiatives that leverage the full potential of Google's agentic AI, ensuring the customers don't just adopt technology, but fundamentally evolve how they operate.

- Partner with the C-suite and executives to identify and prioritize core business areas (e.g., supply chain, finance, customer operations).
- Develop the strategic road map and business case for transformation, articulating an engaging goal of the future state and quantifying the expected Profit and Loss (P&L) impact.
- Design the human-in-the-loop touchpoints and governance frameworks required to manage and trust a workforce of AI agents.
- Create and lead the change management plan, ensure that the client's people, culture, and skill sets evolve in concert with their new agentic systems.
- Lead the creation and execution of product plans, customer journeys, and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, ensure success through clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
