As part of the Core ML team within Google MSCA (ML, Systems, and Cloud AI) organization, you will launch and take to market solutions that accelerate our customers' success. You will inspire our teams and rapidly establish trust amongst a diverse set of stakeholders and customers.
Within Core ML, we have an audacious vision for Model Activation - to drive rapid experimentation and repeatable, reliable deployment of SoTA GenAI foundation models across Google's products by building modular workflows and well lit paths for data, eval, prompting, tuning, and serving. We seek a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) who will own this Google level outcome working across MSCA, Google Deepmind and other Google Product Areas - setting strategic direction, driving alignment, and solving complex business and technical challenges.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $253,000-$363,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Own and drive the vision for Model Activation across Google.
- Provide both technical and organizational leadership.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and Program Management teams across MSCA, Google Deepmind, and other Google Product Areas across various areas like prompt experimentation, model adaptation, evals, model deployment, advanced tool chains and metrics.
- Partner with senior company leadership to drive cross-Google alignment, develop OKRs, and work with teams across Google to build detailed execution plans and drive measurable outcomes.
