Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in media operations, digital ad operations, creative agency operations, performance media, or a business development role within influencer marketing, social media, or digital advertising.
- Experience in a client-facing role (e.g., sales or marketing).
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Experience in the creative development process and the creative ecosystem.
- Experience with project management, involving the delivery of high profile projects.
- Experience in executing successful go-to-market plans related to creative, partners, or AI solutions.
- Ability to navigate large, complicated organizations while maintaining a high comfort level for operating and driving clarity in a changing and ambiguous space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In today’s rapidly shifting media environment, advertisers are increasingly seeking AI solutions to produce high-performing ads with greater efficiency. By empowering customers to harness AI to transform their creative development process, we will accelerate their ability to create more effective ads, drive their business objectives, and grow Google and YouTube revenue.
In this role, you will be in charge of driving advertisers’ adoption of Third-Party Creative AI solutions and creative technology capabilities that will define the future of advertising.
Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption of third-party creative technology partners across priority customers to establish long-term, sustainable creative habits.
- Build and deliver compelling, data-driven pitches tailored to specific client needs in collaboration with partners. Identify priority customers for activation and match customers with priority partners to inform pitches based on customer creative advancement opportunities.
- Act as the Center of Excellence for partners’ creative capabilities, educating internal sales teams on when and how to pitch third-parties to customers.
- Utilize creative incentive funds to de-risk partner trials with priority customers.
- Monitor and track client-partner projects to ensure they remain on schedule, meet quality standards, and deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
