Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's in BA/BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in CM/JDM management or supply chain management.
- Experience with finance and analytics, cost modeling, and discussion.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in supply chain, business, or engineering.
- Experience in consumer hardware product development and mass production; Experience with connected devices, ambient computing, Ultra-WideBand (UWB) and Long-term Evolution (LTE) carrier business.
- Ability to lead and drive change management by influencing a broad range of stakeholders.
- Excellent discussion, establishing impactful partnership, and executive relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel globally up to 20% of the time and for extended periods as needed.
- Fluency in Mandarin and experience with international business customs to effectively communicate with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Develop Contract Manufacturing (CM) and Joint Development Manufacturing (JDM) strategy and implement supplier management processes with critical partners.
- Lead the creation and implementation of Request for Anything (RFx) processes, cost models and negotiation strategy.
- Manage assigned manufacturing partners to program requirements in cost, quality, schedule and technology areas; support engineering and operations escalations and drive immediate performance improvement.
- Lead executive sessions with CM/JDMs including Executive Business Review (EBR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) technology roadshows.
- Propose periodic cost improvement ideas in terms of Design for Excellence (DFX) or alternative technology choices.
