Global Account Lead, Global Clients and Agency Solutions (English, Japanese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience in making presentations to C-level/executive audiences.
  • Experience in people management, and in leading, coaching and developing teams.
  • Knowledge of the Japanese corporate culture, with the ability to navigate stakeholder environments within large Japanese multinational companies.
  • Ability to effectively grow relationships and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of client partnership experts, cultivate a collaborative environment where individual growth and collective success are fostered.
  • Develop and execute global account strategies aligning with client goals and maximize growth opportunities. Assume responsibility for the creation, delivery, and reporting of joint business plans, annual activation plans, and innovative solutions to achieve key objectives. Work in collaboration with Global Program Manager (GPM) and LCS counterparts during negotiations and agreement attainment, and lead delivery.
  • Ensure the team achieves strategic goals, deliver insightful reporting, and consistently exceeds performance expectations. Drive JBP governance and proactive and strategic utilization of incentives across your team to maximize commercial offerings with clients and drive insights on business and business impact.
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, showcase thought leadership, and foster trust-based partnerships.
