Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Omnichannel marketing, driving store sales and visits as well as online.
- Experience using the Google Ads platform including Shopping Ads.
- Familiarity with online media buying and selling processes and good understanding of the ecosystem.
- Ability to be adaptable in exercising judgment in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and influencing skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Translate our customers' overarching business objectives and marketing objectives into search-specific advertising strategies.
- Establish partnerships with sales and other specialist teams to proactively identify, prioritize, and pursue search opportunities.
- Advance client adoption of key search product features: omnichannel bidding, budgets, coverage, creative excellence, and audiences.
- Import and export solutions for search marketing that allow for fast and agile deployment.
- Serve as a feedback loop back to our product management and technical support organizations to influence feature prioritization and issue resolution.
